This patch from Andrew Begley adds updated rosters accurate as of February 24th, 2007 complete with cyberfaces for all missing players. It also updates player ratings for better performance as well as jersey numbers and other bio data. Additionally, primacy ratings have been adjusted for better shot distribution. This patch also adds several missing legends (such as Michael Jordan) complete with cyberfaces and portraits while the East and West All-Star teams and the Rookie and Sophomore teams have been updated for the All-Star Weekend 2007.
