Illumination v1.1

This mod adds two rings to the floor of the dungeon cell you start in, a Ring of NightEye and a Ring of Light. (One's on the floor near the bones; the other, on the table.) Eliminates the need for torches, at least until you have two other magic rings you'd rather wear. A quick mod by request. From Shimeru and Foxmaiden.
