This is a mod I made to make Fathis Ules sleep in his house around 6:30am so you can find him to fence your stolen goods. Its my first Oblivion mod, and will hopefully be phased out by the first patch for oblivion, but until then I use this as a work around, thought I'd share it with you guys. I have also updated it by unchecking the "Must Complete" and "Once a day" check boxes since this could possibly break any other quests hes involved in. I'm still not sure why they had him sleeping in the Orc's house and not his own, so if that is related to another quest it might break it, whatever it may be. Below is the updated link.
