Here is a modfication that will change all of the prices within GTA San Andreas to make them all free. This will also set all of the ammunition so that it will have enough ammo to last for hours without reloading.

1. Extract files to desktop ( Or anywhere else )
2. replace the files in
C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGTA San Andreas (Samp.saa goes here) **********************samp.saa out-dated**********************
C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGTA San Andreasdata (shopping.dat here)
with the ones in the RAR/ZIP file and poof your done
