Chain-Mapping Project: The Chain Maps Readme by ildu 7/12/2003, modified upon release of CMP2 by suprakarma 11/09/2003
Info:
The Chain-Mapping Project was an idea thought up by Joonas on the forums of Max Payne Headquarters. The initial idea was for several mappers to combine work into one package to see the diversity of styles, detail and overall work of practicing mappers in the Max Payne community. 6 of the initial 16, I believe, mappers came through and produced a room or more, which were then compiled and packaged for your pleasure. This should offer some entertainment to those who have entertained the living bageeses out of themselves with the original Max Payne game. It also proves that the community isn't just a bunch of lazy slobs who don't do anything and it especially proves that the community isn't dead. Have fun and stay in school.

The apologies of the compiler monkey of CMP2:
Because this thing didn't meet the original deadline (or any deadline for that matter), I had problems finding time to concentrate on this.
Thus the outcome might not be the best possible. Probably some glitches and bugs are still around. My deepest apologies. I just want to get this thing out of my hands ;)
