Bioshock v1.1 Patch (Worldwide)

This v1.1 patch will not only fix some issues remaining with the game, but also includes new plasmids and tonics, as well as another achievement for Xbox Rapturians (on Xbox Live). *If you purchased a digital distribution copy of BioShock (i.e. from Direct2Drive, Steam, or other), do NOT install this patch.
