A way to make colonizable asteroids and to be able to construct asteroid habitats, essentially large fields of asteroids connected by tubing.

Main Features:
-Asteroids are colonizable, currently using all variations of size and atmosphere.
-The ability to construct large asteroid habitats of varying size, the larges being the same as a ringworld.
-All asteroids have been removed, and colonizable ones put in their place. There should be a version with both out soon for those who really want the normal asteroids.
Future Plans:
-Have the asteroids of the habitats connected by tubes
-Have the AI able to use the mod efficiently
-Tidy up how the asteroids currently look
