A script that turns your crowbar into a magic wand.
The zip file contains two scripts: the Magic Wand and the Admin Wand. The Magic Wand is intended to be used in Half-Life 2's singe-player mode (although it can be used in multiplayer as well) whereas the Admin Wand acts as an administrative tool for listen servers. In both scripts, the user can toggle between weapon and wand modes simply by pressing the 7 button. Spells are cast by pressing the left and right mouse buttons. Different spells can be assigned to the wand by pressing the x,c,v, and b buttons. As you may have guessed, the two scripts feature different spells:
Magic Wand:
x- Burn Spell: the target immediately ignites
c- Friend Spell: when aimed at an enemy (NPCs only), they will befriend you and attack their own teammates
v- Time Freeze Spell: freezes all enemies (NPCs only)
b- Healing Spell: gives you four health kits and 7 HEV suit batteries
Admin Wand:
x- Burn Spell: the target immediately ignites
c- Team Switch Spell: when aimed at another player, the admin is able to send him to either the rebel team (by pressing the left mouse button) or the combine team (right mouse button)
v- All Switch Spell: similar to the team switch spell, the admin can send all players to the rebel team with the left mouse button or the combine team with the right mouse button (useful for RP maps)
b- Healing Spell: gives you four health kits and 7 HEV suit batteries
To load either script, copy all the .cfg files in the zip file into the cfg folder of your game/ mod's directory. Then, type exec MagicWand in the console to run the Magic Wand script or type AdminWand to run the Admin Wand Script.
Note: sv_cheats does not need to be enabled manually for the Admin Wand to work
