1. What is CMTacticus RGN Converter?
As you may or may not know RGN files are the graphical files used by CM as backgrounds etc... There is an official utility that converts picture formats to RGN but until now there has not been one converting the other way.

2. How to use
Once the editor loads you will be prompted to enter a RGN file. The editor will then convert the picture (N.B. This takes time, there is a progress bar but expect to wait awhile, especially on slower machines)
As soon as the picture is converted you should be presented with a preview of the picture. You can at this point either load a new picture or save the picture.
Saving the picture is as easy as loading one, all you need to do is type in a file name and wait a few seconds, and you can be viewing your favourite CM pictures as bitmaps.
