This mod from xNIGHTSHADEx adds a neck breaking lesser power to the world. it will kill any NPC that has not detected you. I also added a barricade (create lock), and a meditate (regenerate magicka) lesser powers.

This mod adds a neck breaking lesser power to the world. it will kill any NPC that has not detected you. I also added a barricade (create lock), and a meditate (regenerate magicka) lesser powers. They can be gained right out side the sewer exit. under the dock is a doomstone which will give you the three spells. Many thanks to scruggs for the scripting.
