This simple little mod from Quarn will remove Oblivion Gate map markers when the gate has been closed, the map markers will also reappear if the gate opens again.
This simple little mod from Quarn will remove Oblivion Gate map markers when the gate has been closed, the map markers will also reappear if the gate opens again. This makes it a lot easier to know which gates you've shut and ones you haven't plus you don't have a possibly 90+ Oblivion Gate map markers permanently on your map cluttering it up and making the world feel smaller.
Oblivion Gate map markers will now appear on your map (can't actually fast travel to them until you discover it) when your in the area of an Oblivion Gate that just opened, only a limited number of gates can be open at once and with this change it makes it a lot easier to find the gates now.
Known Issues, Incompatibilities & Notes
-If you have finished the main quest or closed some gates already just travel/fast travel to the Oblivion Gates and the map marker will vanish.
-Make sure you like what you got, Oblivion Gate map markers ain't coming back even if you disable the plugin.
-Map marker for a gate that is already open prior to using this mod and is undiscovered still will not appear, through it will as soon as you are in load range of it again.
