(By the way, you can use this in any mod or do with it as you see fit)
Installation:
Extract the files from the .zip file to the oblivion/data file.
Start Oblivion and click the bandit_attacks box in the data file menu.
Play!
WARNING, this mod may cause unwanted deaths amongst the town NPC’s,
use with caution!!
