The default settings for Archery in Oblivion were pathetic, being able to dodge arrows is both idiotic and silly. I’ve increased the speed of Arrows & Spells, as well as increased the damage output from bows to a realistic amount. Take note that this modification is not for everyone, it is for people who like archery over swordsmanship, as being hit by one arrow will probably result in your death. It adds spice to the game, gives you a realistic representation of archery and should prove to be entertaining to hardcore archers like myself.
