U need eagraph download
this utility from www.nba-live.com/eagraph
Open EAgraph and click "Import" and choose "Add files
to an external TAR archive." then click Next.
Select face.big (from your FIFA 2002/data/player/...
directory) for existing TAR and choose the 01010302.fsh
file
Recommended to do a backup of your face.big if you like the original
faces better (dont think so!!!!)

HAIR STYLE: 25 HAIR COLOUR: 4/6
FACIAL HAIR: 3
Remember that the commentators wont use his name until we get fed 2002
