Short Story :
------------
Smerte Morder, a Nord smith, moved recently to Cyrodiil, after travelling throughout Tamriel, trying to perfect his trade. Under the counsel of the Nine Divines, he created a set of unique ebony weapons, each imbued with the blessing of an Aedra. Since the Divines reached their goal and had the holy weapons crafted, they stopped visiting Smerte in his dreams, so he decided to sell all his weapons to the worthy adventurers of Cyrodiil. Except for one, a secret weapon of great power, which he crafted for himself and concealed as best as he could...
Installation:

!!!You have downloaded the FULL ARCHIVE WeaponsOfTheNineV1.2 (meaning this mod is NEW for you)!!!
Place the following items in the listed locations as below:
'WeaponsOfTheNine_v1.2.esp' and the 'meshes' & 'textures' folders all go in the following location: "Install DirectoryOblivionData". You will be asked if you want to overwrite a couple of times, choose 'yes' to each time or 'yes to all' to save a couple of clicks.
With that done make sure to check the activation box for the 'WeaponsOfTheNine_v1.2.esp' file before launching the game.

!!!You have downloaded only the UPDATE files (meaning you have priorly downloaded the versions 1.0 or 1.1 of this mod)!!!
Same as for the full version (there are new art files to go to the Meshes & Textures folders, so proceed as the above). If you want to start over with the new version 1.2, un-check (and/or delete) the previous version of WeaponsOfTheNine.esp file and check the new one (WeaponsOfTheNine_v1.2).
IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SAVEGAMES: just rename WeaponsOfTheNine_v1.2.esp with whatever the previous version name was, then make sure you check the activation box for the right file before loading the game.

Special Mention:

The meshes are all "borrowed" from Oblivion (big thanks to Bethesda's great artists). The textures are "patched" together by my own humble self, using Oblivion textures for canvas and a personal technique of refitting them with bits and pieces from other various graphic files. In consequence, I would very much appreciate being asked permission for using my textures in any private/public mod. Not that I'd be able to do anything about it, but it is just a matter of respect among people being on the same side of the barricade...
