This mod adds the 'Sephis Axe' and 'Tribal Defender' axe and shield combo from the MMORPG Guild Wars©. "Tribal Defender" is the best term i could think of to give the shield, as it's a one off special item in guild wars there is no "basic name" for it to speak of.
A basic, low damage Defiled Sephis Axe and low defence Battered Defender can be bought from "Slash 'n' Smash" in the imperial city market district. There are also 2 relatively well statted versions for sale, but only one merchant sells them and you'll have to find him yourself.
In addition to the stock weapons, 2 specially enchanted weapons- "The Razorstone" and "Tanzit's Defender" are placed on a peticularly dangerous enemy in a certain ruin. The clues to their whereabouts are available to purchase from the merchant who can supply the more powerful Sephis Axe and Tribal Defender Shield.
