Here is the Fiat Palio, a detailed and well made car that will either replace the blista compact or any other car of your choice within GTA Vice City.

Installing the car:
Open IMG tool 1.3 (Available here: http://www.gtavicehq.com/), Click file->open, locate grand theft auto vice citymodelsgta3.img and open it. Search and delete (or rename to something else) blistac.dff and blistac.txd. Add blistac.dff and blistac.txd from this zip.
You also need Dmagic1 wheel mod v3.0, it's available here: http://dmagic1wheelmod.main-page.com/
Change this line in default.ide:
226, blistac, blistac, car, BLISTAC, BLISTAC, null, normal, 10, 7, 0, 249, 0.74

The car has some bugs (white dots around doors, etc) and it doesn't have damage model (I will not do it because i don't like the way the cars damage in this game...). It also needs a custom handling.cfg line, becuase now it uses the original Blista Compact handling line.
