The patch addresses the following minor fixes:
-Fixed desync with CaH Oil Spill ability
-Fixed desync with CaH projectiles
-Fixed desync/crash with units garrisoned in tunnels inherited from teammates.
- Palantir buttons reordered for MotW Gondor Ranger, Elven Lancer, Elven Archer, and Elven Sentry.
