Short description:
Play as Ayame or as Rikimaru with new weapons and new moves!
Tenchu Mod for Max Payne - by Rejami
New Features:
-Character selector for choosing between Rikimaru and Ayame.
-New attacks for each character.
-Stealth kills.
-Lowered enemy AI so that sneaking is easier.
-New rikimaru and Ayame skins.
-New menu,etc.
Known Bugs:
1)When you start a certain level with Ayame,you switch to Rikimaru when you advance to the next level.
The only way to stop this is to return to menu and select the next level with Ayame.(You get the idea.)
For Rikimaru its okay.
2)When you start a level(not continue from) with Rikimaru,you will notice that he doesn't have Izayoi(Rikimaru's sword).
You only have a short sword.To get Rikimaru's sword,you only have to pickup any sawed-off shotgun.However,because I
previously intended the player to pickup Izayoi by picking up any beretta,it is no surprise when you find yourself carrying
the sword after picking up one.Or you can do the coder cheat to get
3)When using Rikimaru's shoulder bash,he may get hurt,so don't think its the enemy's gunshot.Happens very rarely though.
New moves:
Ayame- Now uses two short swords with reverse hand.
Attack: 2 slashes,if you hit an enemy correctly,you will followup on 3 more combos.
Standing shootdodge forward: the original katana 1 backhand cut,a simple horizontal slash.No combo folowups.
Standing shootdodge forwardright: first a right-hand cut,a left-hand cut,and then a double slash.
standing shootdodge forwardleft: a sumojii spinning sword dance which ends in an Ayame pose.
if you do it well,you do another spin.
Standing shootdodge backwards: Sweepkick
Running shootdodge forward: jumping downward stab as seen in Tenchu-wrath of heaven.
Running shootdodge forwardright: spinkick to the right.
Running shoot dodge forwardleft: spinkick to the left.
Reload: neck-slash stealth kill.
Other: Has a new run,and a new backflip,also,you will kill your opponents if you land near or on them.
(Note:you won't die of heights)
Rikimaru- Uses Izayoi,a straight single-edged sword.
Attack: a horizontal cut and and uppercut.If you attack with a running start and hit the enemy,you do one combo.
Standing shootdodge forward: Downward slash,usual katana combos followup later.
Standing shootdodge forwardright: Sumojii spin for single hand blade.
standing shootdodge forwardleft: Slash once and decapitation.
Standing shootdodge backwards: Sweepkick
Running shootdodge forward: Jumping downward slash.
Running shootdodge forwardright: Spinkick.
Running shoot dodge forwardleft: Rikimaru shoulder bash.(Note:May get injured for no reason sometimes)
Reload: Stabbing stealth kill.
Other: Has a new run,and a new backflip,also,you will kill your opponents if you land near or on them.
(Note:you won't die of heights)
