This mutator will broadcast message informing that clanmember joined the server to all players and play 'Ownage' sound whenever clanmember joins the match.
Months ago I made similar mutator for my clan and then other clanners started asking me to do a version that would work for other clans as well. Well I took my time . This is simplified version of that mutator, configurable for any clan. In order it to work you need to provide clantag and define whether clantag is at the beginning or at the end of the name.
