The concept of WTF-Q3A is quite simple. By default, everybody starts with
only 1 weapon per map, full ammo, and there are 2 flags per team.
- 25 mappers participated in the project,
- 16 new maps, for a total of 48 maps included in the pack,
- File size 135 MB,
- Many techniques that uses Quake 3 Arena to its own limits,
- Many custom textures are involved to give the pack a unique look,
- Support : CTF, Deathmatch and Most of the MODs for Quake 3 Arena.

The concept of WTF-Q3A is quite simple. By default, everybody starts with
only 1 weapon per map, full ammo, and there are 2 flags per team. We have
been able to modify the Quake 3 Arena gaming structure by doing a new MOD,
without any coding. This particularity made the WTF-Q3A very popular,
because most MODs enjoy host the WTF-Q3A. Another particularity, is that
WTF-Q3A maps are generally very small, which makes the tournament between
the two teams/clan very addictive gameplay.
