Unzip Common.big and Skinsw.fsh into /fifa99/data/player/textures
Warning

Files will overwrite. If you want your original files back copy from CD or backup first
I only tested it in 3dfx. Not sure if work in non-3dfx

v1 Since this boots design was modified from f98 and wc98, might look a bit strange
around the ankle. I am still editing it to look better and will post update
when finish.
v2 Fixed the ankle bit and change some colours and stripe design
