it is not necessary to have the (EMP2002) If you want it,Download it From
www.fifa-mra.com.Use the SweetPatch MRA To install This Patch.
OR Follow this steps:-
1-Copy the File datafeartflagsotherna.fsh To Your .....datafeartflags.
2-Copy the File userfifa02 To Your ........user.
3-Copy the files dataplayer To Your ......dataplayer (The Kits and Flags
use your Ea Graphic Editor To install them.
من اللآخر استعمل البرنامج الأولاني اسهل بس الزملكاوية يستعملوا الطريقة التانية
الأهلي عمل نص دستة والقناة كمل على الزمالك أتوفيستر أحسن له يشحت على باب السيدة

and I didn't Find it.
