-Extract 'face173.fsh' into any folder
-Open EA Graphics Editor
-Select Tools/Import Wizard
-Click 'Add files to an external TAR archive'
-Specify an existing TAR - click 'Browse' and find 'Program Files/EA Sports/FIFA 2002/data/player/face.big'
-Build a list of files to add to the TAR - click 'Add' and find 'face173.fsh' in whatever file you extracted it into
-Click next and that is it!
