---Information---
GoingUP is a Windows based program. It is designed to help people who are fed up with trying to keep up with the latest mods out there, and which ones are actually released. Via an easy to use interface, available files can be listed and downloaded at the click of a mouse. GoingUP also allows you to browse through a database of gaming and mod related websites that will help you no matter what facet of gaming you're interested in.
==========================================================
---System Requirements---
* 32 bit Windows
* Screen Resolution of 800x600 or higher
* Internet Explorer 4 or higher
* Internet connection (optional, though a bit pointless without one)
==========================================================
---Setting Up and Using---
After installation, just run the program from the Start menu shortcut. You are now presented with the main screen.
In the browser window you can see the GoingUP Welcome Page, or the Latest News page if you are online. At the top of the Explorer Bar is a list of resources we provide, including the Latest News page so you can keep up to date with all GoingUP and mod happenings. You can switch this window to show the GoingUP Forums, where you can request mods for GoingUP to support and talk about the program, features you would like to see etc. Another option is to join us in realtime chat!
Below that, the explorer bar is full of currently supported mods (updated from the web automatically if you are online), and a list of gaming sites. Click on a mod toexpanda list of options, including : see a description or visit the mod's actual web site. By clicking on a gaming site's name, it will take you to that site.
For better browsing of sites, you may want to a) resize the window so its almost full screen (maximising is good but doesnt save) - and b) use the "Make Explorer Bar Visible/Invisible" to have maximum browsing area. Then you can click it again when you're ready to go somewhere else.

---Troubleshooting---
Generally there's shouldn't be any showstopper bugs so long as you follow the guidelines below. If you do encounter any, just email me at fragaday@bigfoot.com with a description of what you did and what came up, and I'll see what I can do. Or post in the Forum.
NOTE: There is one bug - if you are not using a download manager and you shut down GoingUP, the download will cancel. The only workaround is to keep GoingUP open, or use a download manager such as Getright, www.getright.com.
Guidelines:
1. Be connected to the internet before running the program.
2. If you get file not found errors and you downloaded the upgrade version, then go and get the full one. Its bigger but will be worth it.
3. If you use AOL, GoingUP may not work. Try it and see.
