You and your Special Forces Team are in route back to rendezvous with your Company, returning from an top secret away mission, in search of a deadly Biological type weapon. Only to find that a company sized Terrorist Group has taken control over a large bridge that leads to a tunnel connected to friendly territory. In their own defense, they've eliminated any chance of a valley attack by building a dam and flooding the valley. They have the Biological weapon in question in their possession, which poses a severe threat to the both, U.S. and it's Allies. The case awaits transport and is moved to various locations and is heavily guarded. They continue to plan their attack to kill thousands. Intelligence has recently acquired a double agent / civilian informant and his two comrads, who are still on location, they are embedded in select locations of the area. They know the whereabouts of the bio material case.
